You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account termination.
You are permitted to hold only one Account with sr999. Creating multiple Accounts, whether under your own name or using different identities, is strictly prohibited. sr999 employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts. If multiple Accounts are discovered, sr999 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void all associated wagers, and confiscate any funds deposited or won through duplicate Accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You agree to notify sr999 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. sr999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account if such use occurred due to your failure to maintain security.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawals. sr999 processes most KYC submissions within 1-24 hours. Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. If we discover that a User is underage, the Account will be immediately closed, all wagers voided, and funds returned to the deposit source.

In the event of technical errors, malfunctions, or incorrect game results caused by software defects, sr999 reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes. sr999 is not liable for losses resulting from technical errors beyond the refund of stakes on affected bets.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, sr999's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the three months preceding the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which sr999 is licensed. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

sr999 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law or regulation. Upon closure, any remaining Balance will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable charges, unless closure is due to fraudulent activity.
